HUB logistics has received the Finland’s Most Inspiring Workplaces recognition from Eezy Flow for the second time. This recognition confirms that our company’s long-term development of work culture is producing results.
Eezy Flow conducts an annual personnel survey for hundreds of Finnish organizations, with over 150,000 respondents each year. The survey measures dedication, commitment, leadership, and organizational performance using Eezy Flow’s PeoplePower® framework.
The survey provides a comprehensive overview of the current state of employee experience and the prerequisites for strategy implementation. At HUB logistics, Eezy Flow’s personnel survey was conducted for the fifth time.
Survey results are compared to both previous years’ responses and the service provider’s standard, which helps to understand the company’s position in the employee norm.
Based on the results, HUB logistics has once again succeeded in exceeding the Finnish employee norm (64.9) by achieving 66.5 points in the People Power index this year. Our index rose by 0.7 points from the previous year and is now 1.6 points above the norm. This means we remain one of Finland’s most inspiring workplaces.
Personnel development is a key part of our strategy. During the strategy period, we have launched numerous initiatives at both the group and site levels. In collaboration with our personnel, we have invested significantly in developing our work culture over the past couple of years. We want to thank all HUB employees for their excellent contribution and dedication.
“It’s really wonderful that we achieve the Finland’s Most Inspiring Workplaces recognition for the second consecutive year. Our People Power index has developed favorably in every survey over the past five years. The result shows that we have succeeded in doing the right things for our personnel’s wellbeing and commitment and have been able to continue positive development. Warm thanks to our employees for their good and persistent work. Together we can be proud of this achievement,” rejoices CEO Joni Sundelin.
