In mid-June, Logent Group and HUB logistics announced an acquisition whereby Logent, the leading logistics operator in the Nordic countries, acquired the entire share capital of the Finnish company HUB logistics Finland Oy.
With the acquisition, Logent strengthens its position in the Finnish logistics market and supports its growth strategy in Northern Europe. Joni Sundelin, CEO of HUB logistics, will take over the management of the Finnish operations of the combined organisation on July 1, 2025.
Sundelin has been the CEO of HUB logistics since 2019 and has played a key role in developing the company into a customer-oriented and operationally excellent logistics partner. Under his leadership, HUB has strengthened its position especially in customized in-house logistics solutions and multi-customer warehousing.

Extensive experience in logistics and management
Prior to his current position, Sundelin has served as Senior Vice President of Finavia Group, where he is responsible for the operational management of Helsinki Airport and airline customer relationships at the Group level. Prior to this, he worked in several management positions at Itella Logistics (now Itella Logistics). Posti), among other things, in contract logistics and business development.
With the acquisition, the combined organization of Logent and HUB logistics employs approximately 700 people in Finland at more than 20 locations. The combined expertise of Logent and HUB is positioned to take the leading position in contract logistics in Finland.
