HUB logistics and Raute expand cooperation. HUB logistics takes over the internal logistics functions of Raute’s Lahti Nastola factory, which brings efficiency to Raute’s production, enables production to be streamlined and increases flexibility for growth efforts in line with Raute’s goals.
Raute is a globally operating technology and service company. Raute’s customers are companies operating in the wood product industry, whose wood products include veneer, plywood, LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) and lumber. Raute’s main office is located in Nastola, Lahti.
The collaboration between HUB logistics and Raute, which started in 2019, is now expanding from wooden packaging services to also internal logistics services, which cover the warehouse process, external and internal logistics processes, and packaging operations at the Nastola factory in Lahti. The new functions will start in March 2025.
Raute’s Manager, Warehouses, Delivery Control, Packing and Shipping, Marjo Tuominen commented on the expansion of the cooperation:
