Aleksi Kantola has joined HUB logistics’ development team. Some might know Aleksi from few years back. Now we are happy to have Aleksi back in our team.
Aleksi Kantola has accumulated about 20 years of work experience in warehouse and internal logistics operations, from executive level to business management. He moves to HUB from Ziirto Oy, where he focused on developing customers’ production and internal logistics. Before this, he was the Manager of Eezy Oy’s outsourcing business and at worked at HUB for seven years as a foreman and site manager at differents sites.
– Through the accumulated experience, I feel that the ability to develop, identify development potential and look at these also through costs are my strengths. During the previous years, I have learned a lot about managing people and project management. These will certainly be useful in the future.
According to Kantola, familiar operating models and practices help to get to work quickly.
– Many employees are already familiar, and also the operating models. This ables me to jump into projects smoothly. I want to strengthen HUB’s way of operating in accordance with the values and set goals. High-quality daily work is the starting point for everything, and I also want to implement it myself.
Based on Aleksi’s experience, HUB logistics is above all an expert, innovative and high-quality operator.
– HUB’s identity is strong and activities throughout the organization are always controlled in an organized manner. In addition to high-quality basic work, HUB also dares to be a strong pioneer. The future from these starting points looks excellent. I am happy that I can be involved in building the future HUB and developing the logistics of our customer companies.
As a development manager, Aleksi supports the daily operation, growth and development of existing customers. At first, focusing on the operations of the offices in the Turku region, but later also in other HUB units and as sales support in new customer acquisition.
Development director Anssi Tura is happy about Aleksi joining the development team.
– Aleksi brings solid experience in internal logistics process development, operational management and job research to our development team. The first projects are related to the offices on the west coast, but in the future Aleksi will certainly be extensively involved in various development projects at HUB.
