HUB logistics has been awarded the title of Finland’s Most Inspiring Workplace by Eezy Flow. The recognition is a result of our company’s continuous efforts to develop and strengthen our work culture and the dedication of our staff.

Eezy Flow conducts an annual survey for hundreds of Finnish organizations, with over 150,000 individuals participating each year. The survey measures dedication, commitment, leadership, and organizational performance using the PeoplePower® framework developed by Eezy Flow. The research provides a comprehensive overview of the current state of employee experience and the prerequisites for implementing the strategy.

At HUB logistics, the Eezy Flow employee survey has been conducted for the fourth consecutive year. The survey results are compared to both previous years’ responses and the service provider’s standard, helping to determine the company’s position in the employee norm.

Based on the results, HUB logistics has surpassed the Finnish employee norm score of 64.3, achieving a score of 65.8 in the People Power index. This means that we are now one of Finland’s most inspiring workplaces, with our index 1.5 points above the norm.

– Every year, we have improved and managed to enhance our score. This time, we made a slight leap forward, jumping 3.1 points from the previous year’s results. We reached the AA level for the first time. This is a significant achievement for us, sais CEO Joni Sundelin, expressing his joy over the recognition.

Employee development is a natural part of strategic work

One aspect of our strategy is employee development, which includes common organizational structure and management, staff competence development, and various aspects related to the employment life cycle.

Based on the results of previous years’ surveys, we have initiated several measures to strengthen our organizational culture and employee dedication. Over the past couple of years, in collaboration with our staff, we have significantly invested in developing our work culture.

The work we have done is now bearing fruit, and we have taken a significant leap in the results towards improvement.

We have initiated supervisor training, organized a company-wide frisbee golf tournament, and identified numerous site-specific measures to improve job satisfaction or enhance working conditions.
