Shelving service is filling and maintenance
In the internal logistics of the hospital, the materials are delivered inside the building to the destination, which can be, for example, the nurse’s room or the material room.
In the shelving service, we fill the shelves and maintain the right amount of products and selection. When the materials change, we always update the product information to be correct. Maintenance means the physical maintenance of the products, i.e. we mark the shelves and remove the old ones, so that the caregivers always have the necessary products and the right information about them. From the edge of the shelf, the staff can clearly see which products are in which section.
In the shelving service, it is essential that the product is on the shelf for the nurse in the right place, at exactly the right time. Unnecessary materials have been removed from disturbing and taking up space.
Care logistics service to support doctors and nurses
Care logisticians work in cooperation with doctors and nurses and take care of the processing of supplies at the core of the hospital’s operational activities. They make sure, for example, that outdated products are taken out of use and replaced by new ones.
Care logistician takes care of these tasks:

For example, we deliver ready-made sets to the operating theater with the right amount of predetermined products in the right places. Then the doctor or nurse has everything they need at hand, but nothing unnecessary.
Materials from the warehouse are brought to the sites regularly. Used material sets are also collected.
The JIT delivery emphasizes cooperation with nurses, doctors and surgeons, as the end user produces information about the products and tools needed for each set.
